Is a Presidential pardon signed by an autopen valid? Doesn’t seem that it should be. Particularly if the President was completely unaware of the document being signed. As it seems that the ban on natural gas sales was four years ago. That decision made some people extremely wealthy. When Speaker Johnson spoke to Biden about it, Biden was completely unaware that he had supposedly signed it.

I’ve been thinking about this story all day and I have to ask, in four years… no one noticed?
In the specific case of the ban on shipping natural gas out of the country, certain people directly made huge fortunes because of it. But when Speaker Johnson asked Biden about it, in person, he was confused and claimed he knew nothing about it.

There isn’t a judge in the country who would rule to overturn anything signed while Pedo Joe infested the White House. They all lack the courage to stand up and do the needful. Without “precedent” they are terrified to do a damn thing.
