I’m not impressed by Biden’s posturing. The cynical money laundering. The distraction from his disastrous policies on … anything. The billions being poured into the Ukrainian war is perhaps the most perplexing enigma. Corrupt governments of every side to be sure.
But I do feel deep sorrow for the Ukrainian people. God be with them.

Yes. But they were invaded and their people are fighting. Pity both the Ukrainian, American and Russian governments couldn’t all lose and their peoples all win. Maybe if the people stopped fighting each other and each turned on the government that set this up we could have peace and get our liberties back.
That probably won’t happen.

Interesting but American take on the Ukrainian people. My gal’s from a nearby country (one of the ‘stans) and we have had quite a bit of interaction with Ukrainians…, especially since moving to Florida. Yes, the Russians invaded and that’s horrible for those that remain. That said, the situation is far more complex than we’re being told and goes back decades. It’s essentially a civil war and something we shouldn’t be involved in, period. The Ukrainians themselves have a history of continuous corruption that’s being ignored, and if ever there were honest reporting on same…well, let’s just say we might feel differently.
