Second, all false statements made to any law enforcement official should be prosecuted and the person jailed.

They DID “Bork” Judge Robert Bork and they succeeded last year in using the same type of salacious, scurrilous unfounded allegations to keep Judge Moore from winning a Senate seat in Alabama. This is Play Number One in the demonrat play book and if they succeed in blocking Kavanaugh NO GOP NOMINEE for any position higher than chief trash collector will EVER be seated without having to face these abusive lies, libel and slander. Kavanaugh needs to file suit against Ford, her attorney, Sen. FineSwine and several dozen “john does” for defamation of character by libel and slander. Until the left starts feeling REAL PAIN via large $$$ civil lawsuits they have NO REASON to stop these baseless attacks.

I understand your frustration and anger, however; they will always be able to find the tools they need with their promises of fame, immediate payments of cash and promises of protection from their pocket media.
The problem may never go away, but refusing to rise to the same bait time after time is something we have to insist on from our reps in Congress. No attention at all can be paid to any accuser that does not start with a sworn statement in front of a LEO or judge.
