So, let’s play this particular worst-case scenario out. Say Canada goes to hell, and what does Grandpa Badfinger (That’s President Biden) do? Does he just let his fellow globalist go down? Hey, right now Crusty and his pals are willing to send your kids to fight for the ruling class’s prerogatives in a frigid place across the globe. I’d think that would be highly unlikely. If I remember my history correctly, there’s a 19th century treaty between Great Britain and the USA that would legally prohibit our military forces crossing the border. Plus I think even the Giant Tree Sloths A.K.A. The GOP in Congress would take action to condemn it and enough Democrats ( the ones that aren’t nuts) would join in to stop it in it’s half-tracks.
Plus Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, General Miley-Vanilla would have to phone Chairman Xi in Beijing for approval. He’d probably veto it for fear that something he owns might get damaged.

OK. after a rain and wind storm in the NE I had the top 30 feet of a tree broke off and ‘catch’ on another tree so as to hang upside down and swaying in the wind with the erstwhile top of the tree gently brushing the gravel on the driveway.
I called my contractor. He took one look at it and said, “That’s what we call a Widow Maker”.
We lassoed it after ten attempts and tried numerous ways to pull it down without hitting the neighbors house, the power line or us.
He finally went up a ladder and using a extendable limb saw (at full extension) carefully sawed a cut through 1/4 of the limb the tree was hung up on. With a live power line six inches from his elbow.
We attached the remaining rope (it had broken once already) and attaching to the bumper of his truck, pulled until the supporting limb snapped and the tree top came down safely into the target area.
I just got his invoice. Under labor description, “Death defying feats, done cheap”.
