I apologize for once having given money to Amnesty Int.

“We are opposed to the idea — and this, I think, is an existential part of the debate — that Israel should be preserved as a state for the Jewish people,” Amnesty International USA’s Executive Director Paul O’Brien

I’ve never been able to understand Jew hatred.

The Trust of the World.

On Tuesday, Poland said it was ready to deploy all its MIG-29 jets to Ramstein Air Base in Germany and put them at the disposal of the United States, urging other NATO members to do the same. The Pentagon later dismissed the offer as not “tenable”.

Now, why did Poland want to do it this way?

Here’s my speculation: Poland wanted the US involved because they feared a Russia attack if they supplied Ukraine with the jets. And they also feared the US would fail to come to their defense as Article 5 of the NATO charter demands we must.

You know, because America is Back, Baby! Because Biden has totally regained the trust of the world.

So they wanted the US directly involved in this operation so that the US would have ownership of it and could not walk away from it if Russia attacked Poland. So that the US could not claim, “Poland in effect attacked Russia by transferring those planes without NATO’s blessing, so in effect Poland was the first attacker, Russia was counter-attacking, not attacking, and therefore Article 5 does not apply and we do not owe collective self-defense action to Poland.”

Get a horse.

West Texas Intermediate crude futures, the U.S. oil benchmark, traded 8% higher to above $125 a barrel, the highest since July 2008. At one point the price rose to $130.50 Sunday evening before retreating.

That means gasoline approaching $9 a gallon by Spring.

Epic if true.

Day Eight of the Ukrainian War

I have posted on twitter about the Russian Army columns North of Kyiv decaying into immobile blobs due to the Rasputitsa, poorly maintained Chinese truck tires and shear “follow the plan” Russian incompetence.

The head and first dozen or so kilometers of the southernmost column north of Kiev have been stuck there for EIGHT DAYS.  The Russians have since rammed more and more vehicles into this monster traffic jam (idiotically “following the plan” Soviet-style) so the whole thing is now 65-70 kilometers long (almost 40 miles).

And, because the trucks can’t go off-road due to the Rasputitsa mud and tire problems, they’re stuck on the roads and the roads’ shoulders three vehicles wide for the whole @40 miles.   That means fuel and resupply trucks can’t move on or off road to deliver anything to anybody.

So all the columns’ heads are now out of fuel and battery power.  They can’t move north, south or sideways, and everything behind them is stuck because of the mud, and rapidly running out of fuel and vehicle battery charge too (assuming they haven’t already).  Nor can any of those columns defend themselves because they’re too densely packed.  They’re just targets waiting for the Ukrainians to destroy them.

Only the Ukrainians had something better to do.  They opened the floodgates of reservoirs around those columns to flood them and turn the surrounding areas into impassable quagmires for months – probably until July or August.  (See photo below) Probably several thousand Russian vehicles in those columns will be irrecoverable losses.  Hundreds of Russian soldiers might have drowned.

Image
MilitaryLand.net@Militarylandnet As correctly pointed out by some of you, Ukrainian troops seems to flooded the area north of Kyiv. That’s the reason why the Russian advance is stagnating there. #Ukraine #UkraineRussiaWar #Kyiv https://twitter.com/Militarylandnet/status/1499786877448200192

This was not just a debacle, but an EPIC one. About 1/5th of the Russian force in Ukraine is now flooded or trapped, and are definitely out of the war for good.

I’ve attempted to do a search on the photo, a lot of war photos and videos have been found to be fakes (other times or other places).

Google recently replaced Google Search with Google Lens.  Google Lens says this is a lake in Colorado.  But Google Search has links to sites reporting that the Ukrainians have flooded a area to trap the Russians, as does this article.

Let’s hope it’s true.

Green powers the Russian War Machine.

Europe’s reliance on exported oil and gas from Russia, is “funding the war”.

But blaming our dependence on fossil fuel for the might of Russia’s military is only half the story. The reason Europe especially became so dependent on Russian fossil fuel specifically, is green politicians like Joe Biden, Angela Merkel and Boris Johnson have done and are doing everything in their power to wreck Western extractive industries, with fracking and exploration bans, punitive taxes, and onerous environmental processes for drilling new wells and mines.

How did green politicians in the West manage to convince so many voters to support their anti-fossil fuel extraction jihad?

Dr Svitlana Krakovska, (Ukrainian Climate Scientist)  in my opinion…

if you want to know who is really to blame for the might of Russia’s armies, try looking in the mirror.

The climate alarmism promoted by yourself and your colleagues gave green politicians like Biden, Merkel and Boris Johnson the voter support, scientific cover and political leverage they needed to wreck Western oil and gas extraction, forcing desperate Western consumers to turn to hostile fossil fuel providers like Russia.

Examination of the Soviet KGB files after the fall of the Soviet Union showed that a large line item in the budget of the KGB was the funding of the “Green” parties in Western Europe and the USA.

And it has paid off for the Russians big time in this war.   Europe has few choices today to supply the energy they need to run their economies and keep their citizens from freezing.  The Greens blocked the building of LNG terminals in Europe, preventing the shipping of LNG from the United States or Canada.  “Fracking”  is banned all over the EU.  Coal plants are shut down and dismantled as are Nuclear Power Plants.

So the Nuclear Power Plant seized by Putin in the Ukraine today supplied huge amounts of electricity to the Western Europe power grid.  Which further tightens the Iron Grip of Putin on the EU.

Coupled with the fact that there are no Green Parties allowed inside Russia itself.
You want to ‘fight the Russian assault’? Look no farther than the local Greenpeace or Friends of the Earth group in your own state.   If you donated to either of them or voted for Biden,  ‘It’s your war, Baby!’.

Personally I find it interesting that Putin has shelled Oil and Gas facilities in Ukraine, seized the Nuclear Power plants…

… But (Oddly?) hasn’t bothered with or attacked any Solar or Wind Farms???
