One topic related to this very, very strange Presidential election that has not been mentioned is the question of Legitimacy. The legitimacy of the election, does the person taking the oath of office have a legitimate claim to the power of the office. And quite a lot of power that it is.
A comment I read today…
I actually care little about who wins, but very much that whoever wins is actually the legitimate choice and is seen to be the legitimate choice. I don’t understand the desire to sweep everything under the carpet. I want a fully legitimate and successful Biden presidency. Or Trump presidency. I don’t want a paralyzed POTUS who has no legitimacy and who spends every night wondering if his joint chiefs will do a coup in the night while he’s sleeping.
Hold Third World elections, have Third World problems!
In my town the property tax just went up for me by $650 a year. That’s not supposed to happen unless a properly conducted election is run in town to “Override” the state law that limits the amount of property tax increases to 2.5% per year. That didn’t happen. Oh, there was an “Vote”, but it wasn’t properly conducted to the letter of the law. There was no insert in any of the town’s billing statements sent out notifying the residents of the date of the vote of the override. There were no public notices or signs put up to notify the towns citizens, except for one sign put up at an intersection in town… for four hours between the hours of Midnight and 4AM. That makes the tax an illegitimate tax. In my mind at least. Seems that the only recourse will be to vote the mayor out of office. But the damage the mayor of a medium size American town can do in office pales in comparison to the damage of a illegitimate American President.
A illegitimate Biden/Harris Administration can be counted on the raise taxes, mandate California style business and work rules (AB5 ring a bell? Look it up) Abortion on demand made into a Federal Mandate. And to pay back their puppet masters, new wars! Plenty of new wars.

Before I became a novelist I was an accountant. In auditing you look for red flags. That’s weird bits in the data that suggest something shifty is going on. You flag those weird things so you can delve into them further. One flag doesn’t necessarily mean there’s fraud. Weird things happen. A few flags mean stupidity or dishonesty. But a giant pile of red flags means that there’s bad shit going on and people should be in jail.

I’ve been trying to keep up with the firehose of information about what’s going on during this clusterfuck of an election. Last night I was on Facebook talking about the crazy high, 3rd world dictatorship level voter turnout levels in the deep blue areas of these swing states was very suspicious. Somebody gas lighted me about how “I’d have to do better than that”, so this was my quick reply, listing off the questionable bullshit I could think of off the top of my head:
The massive turn out alone is a red flag.
But as for doing better…
The late night spikes that were enough to close all the Trump leads are a red flag.
The statistically impossible breakdown of the ratios of these vote dumps is a red flag.
The ratios of these dumps being far better than the percentages in the bluest of blue cities, even though the historical data does not match, red flag.
The ratios of these vote dumps favoring Biden more in these few battlegrounds than the ratio for the rest of the country (even the bluest of the blue) red flag.
Biden outperforming Obama among these few urban vote dumps, even though Trump picked up points in every demographic group in the rest of the country, red flag.
The poll observers being removed. Red flag.
The counters cheering as GOP observers are removed, red flag.
The fact that the dem observers outnumber the GOP observers 3 to 1, red flag (and basis of the first lawsuit filed)
The electioneering at the polls (on video), red flag.
The willful violation of the court order requiring the separation of ballots by type, red flag.
USPS whistleblower reporting to the Inspector General that today they were ordered to backdate ballots to yesterday, red flag.
The video of 2 AM deliveries of what appear to be boxes of ballots with no chain of custody or other observers right before the late night miracle spikes, red flag.
Any of those things would be enough to trigger an audit in the normal world. This many flags and I’d be giggling in anticipation of catching some thieves.
And it isn’t that I have to do better. I’m just an gen pop observer who happens to be a retired auditor with a finely tuned bullshit detector. This is going to the courts.

The “Secretary of State Project” was an American non-profit, progressive 527 political action committee focused on electing reform-minded progressive Secretaries of State in battleground states, who typically oversee the election process. The Project was funded by George Soros and members of the Democracy Alliance.
In 2008, Democrat House Organ Politico ran a story about the Obama campaign, calling the Secretaries of State the “Democrat firewall.”
In anticipation of a photo-finish presidential election, Democrats have built an administrative firewall designed to protect their electoral interests in five of the most important battleground states.
The bulwark consists of control of secretary of state offices in five key states — Iowa, Minnesota, Nevada, New Mexico and Ohio — where the difference between victory and defeat in the 2004 presidential election was no more than 120,000 votes in any one of them.
With a Democrat now in charge of the offices, which oversee and administer their state’s elections, the party is better positioned than in the previous elections to advance traditional Democratic interests–such as increasing voter registration and boosting turnout — rather than Republican priorities such as stamping out voter fraud.
Perhaps more important, in those five states Democrats are now in a more advantageous position when it comes to the interpretation and administration of election law — a development that could benefit Barack Obama if any of those states are closely contested on Election Day.

As of 2014, the Alliance had helped distribute approximately $500 million to liberal organizations since its founding in 2005. Members of the Democracy Alliance include billionaires George Soros and Tom Steyer. In 2017 and 2018 alone, Democracy Alliance Members spent $600 million on various liberal causes.
The President of Democracy Alliance is Gene LeMarche, a long-time Soros friend.

I was unable to find out what Party the real Joe Frazier was registered with. So I don’t know for which candidate the real Joe Frazier would have voted for on last Tuesday.
I think the “Joe Frazier” that voted this Tuesday was there for the Democrat Joe Biden. I’m fairly sure that the vote of Tuesday’s “Joe Frazier” along with the many names of many other deceased Philadelphians rattled off at the press conference today by Donald Trump’s lawyers were used to cast a vote for the Democrat candidate on Tuesday.
Joe Frazier died 11 years ago. But his name and his vote lives on.
Any time I so much as mention vote or voter fraud, someone always mouths off, “Well both sides are just as bad!” or “There’s no proof that there is meaningful levels of election fraud in this country!”. Yeah, right.
But I’d suggest that those people take a look at the last ten times anyone tried to force the voting rolls to be audited (when just one Californian city was audited last year, over fifty thousand dead or ineligible names were removed); and who (which party) supported it and who blocked it. Or search for the news stories from the last twenty years on voting machine problems and which party always was the beneficiary of those ‘errors’. From the machines used in Florida in 2004, the machines in NYC that ‘ignored’ votes entered for the candidates of a certain party. And this year, reports of machines that counted six votes for Biden for every one entered.
In fact whenever any attempts to introduce Voter ID requirements, limit mail-in voting, block voting by illegals, convicted criminals or check for multiple registrations in more than one town, city or state; the Democrats party always moves quickly, and indignantly against the Republicans any Independents that support them.
And the Democrats are always pushing for more computerized voting, voting over the Internet, voter registration less then 24 hours prior to an election (Hell, once I remember a Pol in Boston actually wanted to setup a registration desk at the polling station on Election Day).
Funny isn’t it. The Democrats can’t manage to put together a Covid19 relief bill in three months but were able to engineer a coast to coast scheme to steal the 2020 election in at least twenty states. Obviously one of those things were important to them, the other wasn’t.
One of the questions Trump’s lawyers had today was how some Philly precincts managed 90% and even 110% voter turnouts. Good question, maybe they should ask Joe Frazier?
Final thoughts, the margins of victory in several battleground states were thousands of votes. And that is far less than the likely percentage of fraud.
