Massachusetts denies Catholics the right to adopt
Helped by the Becket Law legal aid group, Mike and Kitty Burke filed suit on Aug. 8 against state officials who rejected their application to be foster parents. In an exhaustive screening process, state agents gave the Burkes high marks and glowing comments, but the state turned them down because their Catholic “faith is not supportive” of the state’s promotion of transgender medical procedures. The Burkes’ beliefs on sexuality were the sole reason for the denial.

I read a lot of comments on this story, and most of them had the same sentiment. – “…so we shouldn’t let people abuse their kid by preventing them from getting the needed gender dysphoria care that they need.” FYI – Medical treatment of gender dysphoria might include: Hormone therapy, such as feminizing hormone therapy or masculinizing hormone therapy. Surgery, such as feminizing surgery or masculinizing surgery to change the chest, external genitalia, internal genitalia, facial features and body contour.

David, did you ever read comic books? The Superman comics had a character called Bizarro, he came from a world where everything was the reverse of earth. Square planet not round, people picnic in the rain not the sunshine… etc.
Some days I wonder if I wandered into the Bizarro earth.
