Michigan State Shooter Had Prior Felony Gun Charge Dismissed By Progressive Prosecutor

Ingham County prosecutor Carol Siemon ended mandatory sentencing for felony firearm charges in the name of ‘race equity’

A gunman who killed three and wounded five others at Michigan State University on Monday would have been barred from owning a firearm at the time of the shooting had he not had felony gun charges dismissed by a progressive prosecutor.

Siemon made it her office’s official policy in August 2021 to drop mandatory prison sentences for felony firearms charges. She said the sentencing enhancement led to “dramatic racial inequity” and was “not in any way linked to the goal that we share of keeping the public safe.”

Siemon is part of George Soros’s vast public safety network.

For the record, three dead at Michigan University.  Killed by a man that shouldn’t have had a gun if his criminal record hadn’t been dismissed.

Why do Democrats push for more and more gun control laws when they don’t enforce the laws that we already have?  Again, the criminals are going to break the law, that’s why they are criminals.  It’s the law biding citizen they are attempting to disarm.

In cases like this, Carol Siemon should be charged with murdering three and wounding five. Period.

    • I looked it up. The DA in that county is elected by the people.

Everyone that voted her into office must share in the blame. Morally they abetted in these murders and probably many others committed by other undercharged or released dangerous criminals.
Odds are that some of the parents of the dead and injured students at that college voted for her. They are responsible in turn for their own childs pain, suffering or death.

I hope that thought occurs to them the next time they step into the voting booth.

I agree with you 100%, John. But the problem is the morons that voted for these clowns NEVER connect the dots. We do, but they don’t.
