Nah. Somebody somewhere is going to file a lawsuit that’ll likely have to go to SCOTUS for an ultimate resolution–and this fiasco will never happen. Meanwhile, the crew of voters blessed with (very) limited thinking skills, will rush to the polls to support their Demorat superiors, as it will take more time past November for the question to reach SCOTUS. The ultimate question: just how many of those (very) limited voters are still out there?
