    Currently 74 here in FL, but unfortunately I’ll be returning to the land of tyranny next week. Bah.

      How’s the Freedom feel?

      I spent a fortune on the replacement and upgrade of the gas boiler to a new tankless system, it is very efficient and lowered my gas bill by at least 30%. Now that means that the winter heating bills are going to be back at the same levels, or higher.
      Biden did that!

        Funny; I’m almost feeling like a condemned man. We have to pack up and drive back Tuesday and I’m dreading all of it. Can’t wait to plant our flag here permanently.
