On the North River 
I went through a similar epiphany years ago and got my balls broken by the cop issuing licenses in my residential town. So, I went to the town that I have an office in and lo and behold: no problem whatsoever. Been the owner of a CCL for more than 5 years now. Nice thing about this: you don’t need to be fast or strong to pull a trigger.
