Remember back when Donald J. Trump changed his residence from NYC to Florida?
Lifelong New Yorker Donald Trump has officially changed his primary residence from Trump Tower in Manhattan to Mar-a-Lago in Florida. Governor Andrew Cuomo of New York is one of the people who is glad to see the high-profile resident go. “Good riddance,” Cuomo tweeted. “It’s not like [Trump] paid taxes here anyway… He’s all yours, Florida.”
New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio cheered the news Thursday that President Donald Trump has decided to move his permanent residence to Florida.
“Don’t let the door hit you on the way out or whatever,” he wrote on Twitter. “Our deepest condolences to the good people of Florida as Trump attempts to outrun his past (and near future)”:
