The United States has foolishly given Pakistan more than 33 billion dollars in aid over the last 15 years, and they have given us nothing but lies & deceit, thinking of our leaders as fools. They give safe haven to the terrorists we hunt in Afghanistan, with little help. No more!
Better an open enemy than a secret one?
I think this means that the President is pulling out of Afghanistan, and he knows that he isn’t going to need the logistic support moving though Pakistan.

On the North River 
The biggest problem with giving money to Pakistan beside the terrorist is that we require no accounting for the distribution of the money. Most has been earmarked for the rich government peoples pockets.
