My girlfriend and partner of the last ten years passed away today.

I’m bereft and lost.
If Neil Armstrong hadn’t been cremated and his ashes scattered at sea, he’d be spinning in his grave now.
They went 62 miles… One way to the moon is over 250,000 miles… not counting orbits.
Pure evil.
But as we’ve learned recently, partly as the result of Department of Government Efficiency digging, many “non-governmental” entities are really just fronts for government activities that Americans would never stand for if Washington attempted them directly.
Elon Musk calls for arrest of “fake NGO” leaders affiliated with “uniparty” on “The Five.” FOX News
“DOGE found that immigration gave a work authorization document to illegals just five months after they filed for asylum. That document allowed them to work while they waited to hear whether their asylum requests were being accepted or denied. So, they could work as an illegal, knowing it would take YEARS before their case was heard.
The immigration department mailed them a social security number. No interview. No proof of identity, just put it in the mail…
…DOGE also discovered that 1.3 million aliens are now receiving Medicaid. MILLIONS received drivers licenses, some registered to vote and DOGE said some actually did vote.”
All of this we were assured would not happen, could not happen… and it happened.

In a pre-emptive response to the latest reciprocal tariffs, China has banned the sale of terbium, erbium, thulium, and thallium to the United States, so-called “rare earth” elements critical to the production of advanced technology such as Nixie tubes and bubble memory. (Tom’s Hardware)
There are a few things to note here:
First, of course, it makes little sense to make a totalitarian fascist dystopia your sole supplier of anything.
Second, rare earth elements are not rare. What they are is messy and annoying to extract and refine, a fact that China used to take over the market. Australia, Brazil, Canada, and, yes, the United States all have significant mineral reserves available. And studies suggest that a square mile of seafloor mud is enough to provide the entire world with these metals for a year.
Third, China of course does this kind of thing all the time, and has restricted or outright banned sales of rare earth elements to other countries before.
Fourth, and perhaps most interesting, China now only produces 10% of its own rare earth resources. The same problem with them being messy and annoying to extract led it to move production to illegal mining camps operating in Burma, bypassing what passes for the government and working with local militias.
Rare Earths really are a filthy business. Nothing more to be said.
The female fencer says the issue has turned her from a lifelong Democrat to a conservative Republican
…
Minutes later, the referees dealt Turner a black card, which represents the most severe penalty, leading to expulsion from the tournament or event for serious rule infractions or unsportsmanlike behavior.
Turner said she was then escorted to the bout committee where she had to explain what she did. She says the members then handed her a copy of the association’s transgender policy and made her sign a document acknowledging the black card. Turner said she signed the document under objection.
I imagine that this rot is coming from the college and university level. I can’t believe that the private clubs and adult fencing organizations are supporting this. But I don’t really know, it’s been decades since I racked my blades.
How about this mendacious POS statement issued by USA Fencing.
A USA Fencing spokesperson also told Fox News Digital that Turner was not penalized for her stance against trans inclusion, but simply for refusing to fence.
But Miss Turner was never given advanced warning or a choice to fence or not to fence a male fencer. Her statement afterwards is clear and true; “Something needs to be done, and there are activists who have embedded themselves in authoritative positions in sports bodies.”
Bingo! It is the activists who worm their way onto the ruling bodies of sports, doesn’t matter what sport because they don’t care about the sport. Doesn’t matter because they have one interest and one interest only; push the Progressive agenda and make the grotesque “normal“. People who served on the ruling bodies of most amateur sports mainly used to be retired from that sport and served from a love of that activity or a sense of duty to give their time and efforts back. My fencing instructor was Ed Richards, fencing champion nationally and in the Pan American games as a young man and later was a member of the governing body of US fencing, many decades ago. I can’t conceive of him or the men and women like him supporting this insanity.
President Trump is right, the only way to fight these ‘rats in the wall’ is to cut all funding and support until these infected organizations clean themselves up.
RFKJr. Rumored to Be on Verge of Blocking Big Pharma From Advertising on Television
—Ace
MAHA: RFK Jr. is moving to ban Big Pharma advertising on TV, a direct strike at the lifeblood of networks like CNN, MSNBC, & CNBC, where Big Pharma bankrolls the programming generating 75% of ad revenue. The US is 1 of 2 countries that still allow them.
I don’t really care about this issue, to be honest.
But here’s what I do care about:
1, Big Pharma does not advertise on television to influence consumers, who cannot of course just buy the medications themselves. (It can tell consumers to suggest the drug to a doctor, but there are other ways to market to doctors, and of course Big Pharma does that too.)
Big Pharma advertises on television to influence the media, because the media would die without their billions in advertising dollars.
The Vigilant Fox @VigilantFox
Why are there so many pharma ads on TV?
HINT: It’s not to sell drugs.
A TV news president admitted to RFK Jr. that any host allowing him to speak negatively about Big Pharma on air would be FIRED because “this is where our advertisers are.”
Jaws dropped when former pharma insider @CalleyMeans
told Tucker Carlson on his show, “The news ad spending from pharma is a public relations lobbying tactic, essentially to BUY OFF the news… The media plays referee because they’re funded by so on all levels.”There are only two countries that allow pharma ads on TV: one is the United States, and the other is New Zealand. And those pharma ads make up a BIG chunk of money.
RFK Jr. was told by a network executive that “during non-election years, during some months, up to 70% of his news division revenues are coming from pharma.”
During the 1950s and 1960s, when evidence about the dangers of smoking began to emerge, news organizations hesitated to expose Big Tobacco because they depended on the industry for its ad revenue.
Now, the same conflict exists today with the pharmaceutical industry and TV news. This is why the mainstream media is in full-blown PANIC over RFK Jr.’s HHS appointment. They know that once he gets in, he is going to END pharma ads on TV. And that’s going to be a devastating blow to their wallets.
Liz Wheeler says that the media will literally go bankrupt if Big Pharma is banned from advertising. They’re on life support as it is
A third of all federal judges on the DC district court were born outside the United States.
The United States District Court for the District of Columbia, the source of many of the cases interfering with President Donald Trump’s authority, has 15 judges, (Counting Chief Judge James Boasberg) and five of them were born outside the United States. While country of origin doesn’t come up in most jobs, it is worth asking if judges with ties to foreign nations and cultures are the right ones to make decisions affecting the U.S. military or immigration.
The concept of foreign-born judges is a newer phenomenon in this district. In addition to the 15 main judges, the D.C. District has 10 older, senior judges who still occasionally hear cases in the district. This group, nominated as far back as Ronald Reagan the 1980s, were all born in the U.S.
But starting in 2014, former President Barack Obama appointed Judge Tanya Sue Chutkan, born in Kingston, Jamaica. She was in the U.S. by 1979, attending George Washington University. Before sitting on federal court, she had no experience as a judge. Chutkan is overseeing the legal challenge to DOGE’s work to slash excess government spending.
Obama also appointed Judge Amit P. Mehta to the D.C. court. Mehta also had no previous experience as a judge. Mehta was born in Patan, Gujarat, India. He and his parents came to the U.S. when he was a baby, age one. He was raised in Maryland. Mehta will oversee four January 6 civil cases that aim to blame Trump for injuries and squeeze money, court time, and political embarrassment out of him.
The other three foreign born judges were nominated by former President Joe Biden.
What a surprise.
With its dreadful $43 million opening, Snow White now holds the record for the lowest debut weekend of any of Disney’s live-action remakes.
Before promotion, this disaster cost $270 million. At this point, it’s doubtful it will gross $270 million worldwide, and when you remove the 50 percent theater cut, the Disney Grooming Syndicate is looking at a brutal, brutal loss.
I’m just glad this is finally out and will quickly disappear, never to be seen or heard from again. Like “Cats (2019)”.
WATCH: Kevin O’Leary Warns Left-Wing Thugs Terrorizing Tesla Dealerships of Brutal Consequences
“They’ll rot in hell in prison for 20 years. And frankly, as far as I’m concerned, that’s okay.”
Kevin O’Leary just tore into the leftists hitting Tesla dealerships nationwide, laying out a crystal-clear warning: this administration’s itching to nab someone, and when they do, it’s game over for decades.
Here’s Mr. Wonderful’s no-BS take: “All those cars have cameras in them, and those dealerships have cameras. You’re beyond being stupid when you do that. You’re going to go to jail.”
“And you now have a government that just got their mandate. They can’t wait to find idiots that do this.”
“You’re going to spend 5 to 20 years in prison. If they get them on terrorism, which I think is a stretch, they will have no parole, no shortened sentence.”
“They’ll rot in hell in prison for 20 years. And frankly, as far as I’m concerned, that’s okay.” “Breaking in, shooting a car, setting it on fire—nothing to do with politics, nothing to do with Tesla—you are a criminal and you should go to jail!”
