A third of all federal judges on the DC district court were born outside the United States.

The United States District Court for the District of Columbia, the source of many of the cases interfering with President Donald Trump’s authority, has 15 judges, (Counting Chief Judge James Boasberg) and five of them were born outside the United States.While country of origin doesn’t come up in most jobs, it is worth asking if judges with ties to foreign nations and cultures are the right ones to make decisions affecting the U.S. military or immigration.

The concept of foreign-born judges is a newer phenomenon in this district. In addition to the 15 main judges, the D.C. District has 10 older, senior judges who still occasionally hear cases in the district. This group, nominated as far back as Ronald Reagan the 1980s, were all born in the U.S.

But starting in 2014, former President Barack Obama appointed Judge Tanya Sue Chutkan, born in Kingston, Jamaica. She was in the U.S. by 1979, attending George Washington University. Before sitting on federal court, she had no experience as a judge. Chutkan is overseeing the legal challenge to DOGE’s work to slash excess government spending.

Obama also appointed Judge Amit P. Mehta to the D.C. court. Mehta also had no previous experience as a judge. Mehta was born in Patan, Gujarat, India. He and his parents came to the U.S. when he was a baby, age one. He was raised in Maryland. Mehta will oversee four January 6 civil cases that aim to blame Trump for injuries and squeeze money, court time, and political embarrassment out of him.

The other three foreign born judges were nominated by former President Joe Biden.

Another Useless Agency Bilking Taxpayers Uncovered

Another day, another revelation of another useless government agency where bureaucrats lived like kings on the taxpayer’s dime.

One of the seven small federal agencies that President Donald Trump ordered downsized or eliminated on Friday was rife with corruption, with its employees hiring friends and relatives, commissioning paintings of themselves, and using government credit cards to indulge in constant luxuries.

The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) occupied a nine-story office tower on D.C.’s K Street for only 60 employees, many of whom actually worked from home, prior to the pandemic. Its managers had luxury suites with full bathrooms; one manager would often be “in the shower” when she was needed, while another used her bathroom as a cigarette lounge. FMCS recorded its director as being on a years-long business trip to D.C. so he could have all of his meals and living expenses covered by taxpayers, simply for showing up to the office.

FMCS is a 230-employee agency that exists to serve as a voluntary mediator between unions and businesses. As an “independent agency,” its director nominally reports to the president, but the agency is so small that in effect, there is no oversight at all — and it showed, becoming a real-life caricature of all the excesses that the Department of Government Efficiency has alleged take place in government.

This reporter spent a year investigating the agency a decade ago, and I found egregious and self-serving violations of hiring, pay, contracting, and purchase card rules. One thing I could not discover is why the agency actually existed, other than to provide luxurious lifestyles for its employees. Endless junkets to resort destinations, which employees openly used to facilitate personal vacations, were justified as building awareness of the agency in the hopes that someone would actually want to use its voluntary services.

FMCS seemed, quite clearly, to exist for the benefit of those on its payroll, and not much else. One employee told me: “Let me give you the honest truth: A lot of FMCS employees don’t do a hell of a lot, including myself. Personally, the reason that I’ve stayed is that I just don’t feel like working that hard, plus the location on K Street is great, plus we all have these oversized offices with windows, plus management doesn’t seem to care if we stay out at lunch a long time. Can you blame me?”

Top FMCS official George Cohen used a “recreation and reception fund” to order champagne and $200 coasters for his office, and to purchase artwork painted by his wife. The tiny agency commissioned paintings of its top employees — as one employee told me, “like they were reigning kings or something…I’ve never seen anything like it before.” It spent $2,402 retouching the portrait of someone who briefly held the top job in an acting capacity.

It goes on and on, some of it will blow your mind.  This is the truth of your Federal Government NOT at work.

Steak and BJ Day is a holiday celebrated on March 14th, established as the male counterpart to Valentine’s Day, which is why it’s celebrated exactly one month after. To understand how this holiday is celebrated, one simply needs to read its title.

The two main components of this holiday are for women to prepare a steak for their men and engage in some “oral intimacy.” Simple, right? However, since it coincides with Pi Day—the day dedicated to the mathematical value of π, often celebrated with the pun of eating pie—men should be cautious not to overindulge in pie if they plan to partake in Steak and BJ Day as well.

History

The origin of this holiday is unclear. However, the widely accepted theory is that it was created in 2002 by Tom Birdsey, a radio DJ, while on air. If true, the holiday spread rapidly thanks to word of mouth, first across the North American continent and then throughout Europe. It is now celebrated by people worldwide.

Customs, Traditions, and Celebrations

Steak and BJ Day is predicated on the notion that the traditional Valentine’s Day celebration is primarily for women. Proponents of this holiday argue that men have no interest in candy, romantic dinners, or flowers.

They claim that what men truly desire is some oral gratification and a substantial piece of meat—a sentiment many men would agree with, unless they are vegetarians or vegans. However, since Steak and BJ Day is a conditional holiday, men do not automatically receive steaks and oral favors on this day.

It all hinges on how well they treated their wives or girlfriends on Valentine’s Day. If men failed to meet their obligations on that day, or if their partners were dissatisfied with their efforts, then women are not obligated to indulge men on this holiday.

Thus, some view this holiday as an incentive for men to fulfill their Valentine’s Day responsibilities. If they fall short on the holiday dedicated to their ladies, they receive nothing on their own holiday. This establishes Steak and BJ Day as a quid pro quo arrangement.

Christianity, for example, offers a way out of guilt, a solution not based on your works but on Christ’s. Salvation isn’t earned; it’s given. You accept that you can’t redeem yourself because Christ did everything on your behalf. That means you’re free. Free to live, free to build, free to serve, free to love.

When Christians feel lost, broken, and needing forgiveness, they can go to church, talk to a pastor or priest, and leave knowing they have been forgiven.

Islam, on the other hand, doesn’t offer redemption; it weaponizes guilt. Instead of providing salvation, Allah exposes you, holds your sins over your head, and threatens you with hellfire and torture in the grave.

The Quran isn’t a book of peace; it’s a book of threats. It bullies Muslims into obedience through fear, humiliation, and punishment.

So, what happens when a Muslim seeks redemption? They try to be better Muslims. They pray, fast, give to charity, go on Hajj, and do everything Allah commands. But it never works. I know. I did it.

And no matter how much you pray, no matter how much you try, the guilt never goes away. Because deep down, every Muslim knows it’s not enough. Allah always demands more.

Allah loves those who die fighting against the infidels. That’s not an opinion, it’s in the Quran, Hadith, and every lesson taught to children.

This is why Muslims, even the so-called “moderates,” always hesitate to condemn terrorism. Because they know Allah requires jihad. They might not be willing to commit it themselves, but they cannot say it’s wrong.

So when a Muslim fails to reach peace through religious rituals, they have two choices:

Give up, stop being devout, and learn to live with the guilt, or commit to jihad because that’s the only way to be true to yourself.

The Quran spells it out clearly: “Kill those who do not worship Allah or obey the Prophet” (9:29).

So when a Muslim embraces this identity fully, killing infidels isn’t just justified; it’s joyful. It’s an act of:

✔ Saving yourself
✔ Obeying Allah
✔ Securing your eternity
✔ Finally escaping the crushing weight of guilt

This is why a Muslim can drive his car into a crowd of innocent people and feel nothing but satisfaction.

Because for the first time in his life, he finally believes he has done something worthy of redemption.”

In a heartbreaking video quietly uploaded to social media last month, Daryn, 19, said that her father had ‘missed out on a lot’ during his uncertain nine-month stay in space — including Christmas and her parents’ 30-year wedding anniversary.

Wilmore’s wife and his two daughters live in Houston, Texas, where they have been patiently awaiting his return since June of last year.

‘It’s been hard if we’re completely honest’, she said. Daryn said her frustration about her father’s stay was ‘less the fact that he’s up there’ and ‘more the fact of why.’

‘There’s a lot of politics, there’s a lot of things that I’m not at liberty to say, and that I don’t know fully about,’ she said.

‘But there’s been issues. There’s been negligence. And that’s the reason why this has just kept getting delayed. There’s just been issue after issue after issue.’

Daryn posted the video just weeks before SpaceX Chief Executive Elon Musk, whose company is tasked with bringing the Starliner crew back to Earth later this month, said the Biden administration left them in space for ‘political reasons.’

Wilmore and his crewmate, Sunita Williams, were set to return from the ISS eight days after arriving, but their return capsule was plagued by issues and NASA delayed the flight home. They are set to come back to Earth no earlier than March 19.

Dems Fight To Protect A $600 Billion Medicaid Tax Scam That Joe Biden Tried To Kill

Here’s how this particular scam works.

States tax health care providers and use those funds to help cover their Medicaid costs. Then, the states turn around and increase what they pay these same providers for Medicaid benefits – effectively covering the cost of the tax. Then, because of the way Medicaid is financed, the states can bill the federal government for half of the spending increase.

Let’s say, for example, a state imposes a provider tax on hospitals that raises $100 million. And then it returns that $100 million to the hospitals in the form of higher Medicaid reimbursement rates. There’s been no increase in benefits. Providers aren’t better off. But the state gets an extra $50 million from the federal government’s matching fund, money that it can use for anything it wants. (The fed pays states up to 90% to cover the cost of expanding Medicaid under Obamacare.)

An Oregon state representative once called it a “dream tax.” States can use Medicaid to steal money from the federal treasury. It’s such a wonderful dream that Alaska is the only state in the nation that hasn’t leveraged it.

The amount that the Federal Government pays to the states through Medicaid is larger than some states budgets.  It’s so bad that once upon a time, even Joe Biden (when he some brain cells still working) called it a scam.

This is the hill that Texas Rep Al Green was willing to die on on the night he was ejected from the Congressional floor.  Medicaid.
