Fact, the Federal Government collects much, much more from the cost of a gallon of gasoline than do the Oil and Gas producers.

And while the Federal Government risks nothing and invests nothing, it still gets paid. The producers invest hundreds of millions and risk it all, sometimes they get nothing.

That’s Econ 101.
