Florida has beaten coronavirus, in all but one area — Miami Dade. A city which just so happens to receive a lot of visitors from plague-riddled New York City.
But apparently the rest of Florida must observe Miami Dade’s lockdown rules, just as Montana must observe New York City’s lockdown rules.
And by the way: I think we’d love that. New York City, the biggest hotspot in America, is exempting itself from the rules it demands for counties in which only a dozen people have had coronavirus.
