The clip was from someones iphone, unrehearsed and spontaneous. The President noticed the group of firemen and ordered the limo to stop so he could meet them.

The President noticed a group of regular firemen, normal Americans and wanted to say hi and shake their hands. This President notices normal Americans. Do you understand what a change that is?

Incidents like this prove Trump is a fundamentally decent person. He had NOTHING to gain politically by this act but that did not stop him. However I have no doubt his penchant for this type of spontaneity gives his Secret Service detail heartburn and nightmares.
