Yeah, hilarious. Where were you in 2012?

    • By “you” I assume you mean Mitt Romney, and by “where were you” I assume you mean where was the guy we wanted that was willing to take it directly to Obama, hard.
Because my question is “How did we end up with Mitt Romney in 2012?”. I doubt at the beginning of the primary season anyone on the GOP or Conservative side would have picked Mitt as the best candidate. But somehow that’s who we ended up with. At that I couldn’t see him NOT winning, he shouldn’t have been enough of a hard right-wing candidate to provoke the Left. Obama’s policies had clearly failed, worse his actions were responsible for the economy dragging along without a full recovery.

But the Media pulled it off for him, concealed what needed to be concealed, lied and prevaricated then lied some more. And Mitt and the GOP needed to call them on it. Loudly, and with plenty of heat.
They didn’t. So while there is no question that Mitt would have done better the last two years, so would an genuine empty chair.

Maybe he started that talk off with an apology to everyone he disappointed two years ago. He should have. But I’m not ashamed of voting for him and I did. That’s where I was in 2012.

Yes, that’s what I meant. During the debates, with so much low hanging fruit from the previously disastrous four years, why didn’t he go after him? His staff? the RNC? He just stood there and grinned. It gives credence to the theory that it’s a rigged game, a deal. I voted for him too, hell, I’d have voted for anybody. Lots of people going to be hurt by having this sob in office. The worst is yet to come, mark my words.
