Waiting for Spring.

Rusty car roof from dripping water (from kayak) is fixed, waiting for the ice to clear on the river.

Do you have stark changes with your seasons?  We do here, last year not as much, this year yes.

Ice formed at high tide, left behind at low.

Indian Head is fed from fresh water lakes and streams, after the recent storms the water current is running strongly and running water doesn’t freeze.  Except on the banks of the river and the shallow lagoons out of the current. Winter 2013IMG_0736 impassable
