What a platform for shooting pictures on the river.
As it is now when I put on my photographers hat, the engine room shuts down. So does the bridge, no one at the wheel. Often two seconds after the shutter clicks, the boat rams the riverbank.
Like the man said, I got to get me one of these. Of course I doubt I’d risk Hull Gut or the confluence of the North and South rivers in Scituate.
The two plontoons are inflatable and the unit can be disassembled for transport. The owner bought it in Rhode Island but he thinks the company is out of business now. Anyone seen these for sale anywhere?
Strong sun today, and I think the most people and boats I’ve ever seen on the river in one day.
I’ll add to this post later, hope you had a great Columbus Day, I did!
