Claims that there is no Democrat Election Fraud are bunk.

Two NJ Democrats are charged in the 2020 election; a laundry list of reasons not to use mail-in voting.

Before the May 2020 election, in which Mendez was running for city council, he allegedly collected many mail-in ballots from households over several days in violation of state law, according to the attorney general’s office. While New Jersey law allows a “bearer” to return a completed ballot for a voter, candidates in elections are not allowed to collect and return ballots for the voters in the district of the race they are running in.

According to Platkin’s office, Mendez’s campaign allegedly collected ballots that were not sealed by voters and examined them at the campaign headquarters to see if they were cast for Mendez. Ballots that were not cast for Mendez were allegedly destroyed and replaced with a ballot for him. The replacement ballots were allegedly stolen from voters’ mailboxes.

One of Mendez’s associates allegedly took ballots from mailboxes in areas that were known to have many supporters of Mendez’s opponent, the attorney general’s office said. Also, if voters turned over ballots that were incomplete, Mendez’s campaign workers would allegedly complete them.

Derek Chauvin was a political prosecution.

Court docs reveal ‘extreme’ public pressure on prosecutors in George Floyd case

According to the deposition of a former Hennepin County prosecutor, the county’s medical examiner told her in a phone call that there “were no medical indications of asphyxia or strangulation.”

During her deposition, Sweasy also discussed a revealing conversation she said she had the day after Floyd’s death when she asked Hennepin County Medical Examiner Dr. Andrew Baker about the autopsy.

“I called Dr. Baker early that morning to tell him about the case and to ask him if he would perform the autopsy on Mr. Floyd,” she explained.

“He called me later in the day on that Tuesday and he told me that there were no medical findings that showed any injury to the vital structures of Mr. Floyd’s neck. There were no medical indications of asphyxia or strangulation,” Sweasy said, according to the transcript.

“He said to me, ‘Amy, what happens when the actual evidence doesn’t match up with the public narrative that everyone’s already decided on?’ And then he said, ‘This is the kind of case that ends careers.’”

Derek Chauvin is an innocent man.  I don’t understand why he is still in prison.

The linked story indicates that several attorneys with the Prosecutors office resigned rather than charge Chauvin and the other officers,  I never heard that little detail before.  That’s on the media.

True for someone I know.

Bad grammar causes actual physical distress in others, study reveals.

Your going to want to read this.

New research finds that when people are subjected to poor grammar, it actually causes them stress — and even initiates a “fight or flight” response.

A lack of proper speech or penmanship sets off several triggers within the automatic nervous system (ANS) — a network that controls the body’s unconscious processes — according to the University of Birmingham.

Heart rate variability — or HRV, which measures the time in between beats — was used as the primary metric to determine how linguistic liabilities impact a person’s physical being.

When relaxed, HRV is commonly less regimented — and it only becomes regular during times of stress, researchers noted.

The more grammatical errors a person heard coincided with the strict regularity of their heartbeat, an indication of stress.

Hearing or reading those cringeworthy errors triggers two (not to or too) pieces of the ANS that are known as the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems.

“Simply put, the sympathetic nervous system activates the ‘fight or flight’ response during a threat or perceived danger, while the parasympathetic nervous system controls the ‘rest and digest’ or ‘feed and breed’ functions of the body,” principal study investigator Dagmar Divjak said.

“Our findings show that [the ANS], too, responds to cognitive demands, and this suggests that cognitive effort reverberates through the physiological system in more ways than previously thought.”

Just over a decade ago, researchers at the University of Illinois commonly connected grammar sticklers to having a form of OCD called Grammatical Pedantry Syndrome. The brain activity of the verbal buffs showed similarities to obsessive-compulsive behavior.

“The results of this study bring into focus a new dimension of the intricate relationship between physiology and cognition,” Divjak said. “The relation between language cognition and the autonomic nervous system has so far received less attention.”

Now, the latest report looks to further pursue evidence that words matter — and may actually hurt us.

“This study provides us with a new method for tapping into aspects of cognition that are not directly observable,” the professor added. “This is particularly valuable in work with language users who are unable to verbally express their opinion due to young or old age, or ill health.”

When do the trials begin, criminal trials that is.

How Pfizer Hid Nearly 80% of COVID Vaccine Trial Deaths From Regulators

According to an analysis, published this month in the International Journal of Vaccine Theory, Practice, and Research, of Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine clinical trial data, the vaccine makers hid fatality data from regulators in order to qualify for Emergency Use Authorization.

Pfizer-BioNTech delayed reporting vaccine-associated deaths among BNT162b2 clinical trial participants until after the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for the product.

The vaccine makers also failed to account for a large number of subjects who dropped out of the trial.

Together, these strategies kept regulators and the public ignorant of a 3.7-fold increase in cardiac deaths among subjects who received the vaccine, according to analysis in the International Journal of Vaccine Theory, Practice, and Research.

If Donald Trump had profited from the vaccine all of this would be front page news.

Really? You checked?

‘No clear right to sodomy in the Constitution’: Newly-elected GOP Speaker Mike Johnson DEFENDS comments he made about ‘inherently unnatural’ and ‘harmful’ gay marriage 15 years ago

Fifteen years ago.  That’s what is important, right?

You know that’s going to be called “Hate”, but it’s not hate.  He’s not condemning homosexuals nor was he calling for any of their other rights to be curtailed.   Just his opinion that same sex ‘marriage’ is harmful to any normal society.

Of course, half of this country left ‘Normal Society’ behind a long time ago.

Game changer?

This is the big break the EV industry has been waiting for.

In a surprise press conference, Toyota announced it is joining forces with the Japanese energy company Idemitsu Kosan Co., Ltd. to bring its goal of solid-state battery production to fruition. The companies will work on developing the solid electrolyte technology and creating the necessary supply chain and factories that will lead to commercialization and mass production by 2027-2028.

Headline is a little inaccurate, mass-production in five years if the tech comes together.  Claimed range and recharge times are an eye-opener; 600 miles and ten minutes.   The charger station that can recharge at that rate would pull more ‘juice’ than a commercial welder.   None of this or other EV promises work without building a lot more Electric Generation Plants.  Preferably nukes.

Phase one will see the two companies come together to create better sulfide solid electrolytes. Solid-state batteries offer many benefits over the ones we currently have today, thanks to the solid electrolytes that allow for faster ion movement. They charge faster, weigh less, and offer better range than anything currently on the market. They’re pivotal to Toyota’s plan of offering a 600-mile range and 10-minute charging EV by 2027, but there is one major drawback.

Repeated charging and discharging can lead to cracks between cathodes, anodes, and solid electrolytes, thereby ruining the battery. The two companies had been working on a solution well before they established this partnership and have apparently created a crack-resistant solid electrolyte with high performance. The product still needs fine-tuning and brought up to scale, which leads us to phase two.

Sulfide, not lithium.  That’s a kick in the teeth to China.  But I wonder what other ‘erotic’ ingredients the batteries will require.

Will be keeping an eye on this.

Story is missing one important detail.

Boeing reports another huge loss on Air Force One program

Boeing has eaten more than $2.4 billion in losses on the program, according to a company spokesperson.

To date, the company has lost over $2.4 billion on the program, according to a company spokesperson.CEO Dave Calhoun said last year that Boeing should have never agreed to the fixed $3.9 billion price tag.

I read through the entire story.  Nowhere is it mentioned that it was President Trump that negotiated the ‘fixed price’ contract that is saving the American Taxpayer so much money.

His name is not mentioned once.  Accident?

Their Green Card was really green.

How Massachusetts family scammed the lottery for $20 million by cashing more than 14,000 winning tickets before their luck ran out

  • Ali Jaafar, 63, and Yousef Jaafar, 29, were found guilty by a federal jury on Friday on several tax evasion and money laundering charges
  • The Jaafars cashed in 14,000 winning lottery tickets over a roughly 10-year period, laundered more than $20 million in proceeds before lying on tax returns
  • They targeted winners whose jackpots would incur back taxes and offered to claim their prize instead for a cut smaller than what was owed to the IRS

Massachusetts dad and his two sons embarked on an elaborate scam which saw them claim 14,000 winning lottery tickets worth $20 million in prizes.

Ali Jaafar, 63,  and his son Yousef, 29, were sentenced to five years and 50 months behind bars respectively over the scam, which cost the State of Massachusetts $6 million in lost taxes – and enriched the pair to the tune of $1.2 million.

The pair and another son – Mohamed Jaafar – enlisted convenience store owners to help them identify lottery winners, whose prize they’d then offer to claim in return for a 10 percent cut of winnings.

Winners’ payouts face deductions for any outstanding taxes or child support payments they owe. Giving the Jaafars their tickets allowed winners to dodge these liabilities for an amount less than they’d have lost to the IRS.

The elaborate con – which saw the Jaafars branded ‘the luckiest family in Massachusetts’ – has been dubbed the biggest fraud ever carried out against the state of Massachusetts.

Mohamed Jaafar once interned for Democrat Senator John Kerry and admitted his role in the scheme in November 2022.

He was born in Lebanon in 1958 and eventually moved to Sierra Leone after facing war and violence on the streets growing up.

There, he met wife Souraya and had three children but they were forced to uproot again after Liberian rebels invaded Sierra Leone.

The couple obtained US visas through Ali’s parents, who had moved to America years earlier.

How about the Feds cancel their visas or Green Cards and kick their butts out of the country?  They did it to Lucky Luciano.
