‘Star Trek: Starfleet Academy’ Tanks in Ratings
Idea for a limited Star Trek series. The last voyage of Enterprise-C.
“Battle at Narendra III”
Six to eight episodes detailing the missions, lives and character of the crew leading up to the battle, final episode the near destruction of the Enterprise, it’s brief disappearance and final reappearance and glorious end when it returns to the fight somehow renewed and fighting better than ever.
No gay Klingons, no gay Starfleet, and no bloody gay Romulans!
Romulan on bridge of warbird: “Commander, I can’t track the Federation starship it seems to have disappeared into that anomaly”
Romulan Commander: “It must be destroyed, we’ve wasted enough time. Bring us about and target the enemy base”.
Klingon on Narendra base: “The Federation starship is gone, it seems to have been completely destroyed”.
Base Commander: “Add that data to the final report for the High Council”.
Sudden flare of light from the anomaly and the Enterprise reemerges.
Romulan Commander: “Impossible! Retarget and fire at that ship!”.
The Enterprise erupts in a barrage of photon torpedoes and phaser fire. Turning quickly and boring into the center of the Romulan formation, it kills one warbird and shifts fire to another. As it scores hits it is savaged by the other ships of the Romulan squadron. Another warbird is wrecked but Enterprise is heavily damaged and it’s fire ceases.
Klingon Base: “Glorious! Can you identify that Federation ship?” “Yes it is the Federation starship Enterprise”.
Klingon Commander: “Let’s make sure history never forgets… the name…”Enterprise“!
That I would watch.
