    While it’s apparent that Pedo Joe now has advanced senile dementia just how dumb could he have been over the years? He managed to blackmail, coerce, extort and extract COUNTLESS millions from people, companies and other countries over the decades he was in office. ALL without getting investigated, let alone charged or tried.
