‘Oh you’re gonna shoot me?’ The sarcastic last words of straight-A student shot dead by college cop after being stopped for speeding
I heard [a man] say, “Oh, you’re gonna shoot me?” like sarcastic almost,’ he said.
Less than a minute later, Haidarasl heard four to six gunshots. He only realized the man who had been shot was his upstairs neighbor, whom Haidrasl described as ‘the nicest guy.’
Carter has been placed on administrative leave while officers investigate the shooting.
University officials describe him as having ‘extensive law enforcement background.’
According to records viewed by My San Antonio, Carter has had nine jobs at eight different agencies over his eight-year law enforcement career.
Campus Police officer, stopping a students car off-campus. The student was unarmed. The Cop shot him 4 to 6 times at close range. The student was out of his car, so he could not have been menacing the officer with his vehicle. This “officer” has had nine jobs within eight years! I think anybody would call that a RED FLAG.

Please put me on the jury when the family sues the University, please!

That’s what you took away from that story?
I don’t think that kid is going to learn any respect for campus cops that way. We cannot continue to gave every whack job wearing a badge get a free pass when they kill someone.
Do you really think that his TENTH job should also be in law enforcement?
