Hold on, a citizen standing there with a permitted weapon, the guy who called 911 probably, He’s saying that he trains his officer (gang member) to shoot first (“not..wait to get shot“). The entire statement, linguistically, makes no sense. There can be no “return fire” if the citizen hasn’t fired their weapon at the officer (gang member) first. And if the citizen hasn’t fired their weapon, which is carried for defense, and is shot by the police gang-member then he is being shot for being in possession of arms, legally carried.
People of Chicago, call up the militia! You have a rogue agency that has been set upon you by an out-of-control administration.
