Too late, American journalists realize their mistake.
… a Faustian thing happened. This year it was also revealed that the Obama administration had monitored the communications of Associated Press reporters on the suspicion that they were publishing leaks. For the first time, outrage arose: Liberal presidents were not, in Nixonian fashion, supposed to go after liberal reporters…
The crime instead was that AP was freelancing and might publish leaks that were not always flattering. Since long ago the media had made a pact, it was natural that the Obama administration assumed it had a right to monitor what it had bought.
In one version of the tale, Dr. Faustus at least got 24 years of freebies before being hauled off to Hell. Our poor media did not even get five years of adulation before Obama called in their souls.

The US ranks 3rd in murders in the world…BUT, if you didn’t count Chicago, Detroit, Washington, DC and New Orleans then the US would be 4th from the bottom of the global list.
– All of these cities have strict gun control measures in place.
Maybe the ‘problem’ isn’t guns? The problem might be the numbers.
– Numbers are racist!
Baltimore: 29 murders this past 30 days. 26 black; 118 murders ytd. 110 black; 217 killings in 2012. 203 black.
– And it’s much worse in Chicago.
It’s time we established “Number Free Zones” for the common good and public safety.
– Drawing upon the vast expertise already resident at BLS, the FED, and Wall Street it should be relatively ‘easy’ to accomplish. And we have the MSM who has pioneered “Fact Free Zones” to provide the script for public consumption. Problem solved.
