CIA Takes Heat for Role in Libya

As the wizard said, “That’s a horse of a different color that is!”.

So, according to the WSJ today the Benghazi consulate was nothing more than a front for a CIA operation. (???)  The way the article is written makes it sound like the US Ambassador was nothing more than protective coloring.  The timeline of his death gets no mention or analysis in the article.

In the comments on the article the majority seem to agree, was it a check or did the writers of this piece insist on cash from Hilary’s State Department?

This totally illogical story ignores the cables from Ambassador Stevens requesting additional security.  It seems as though the ambassador thought he was in command in Benghazi, didn’t he get the memo? Additionally the Jihadists seemed to focus on the (perhaps accidental) killing of the ambassador followed by the parading of his corpse through the streets, Whoa guys! Dude is just a figurehead, your target is the CIA, remember?

Sorry. This story is a joke, it clears up nothing and ignores all inconvenient facts. Sure tries to exonerate the White House though.
